What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, facility information), demo and contact requests, and — for operators using the platform — the business data you put into SimHouse. Payment card processing for bookings and point of sale is handled by Square; SimHouse does not store full card numbers.
How we use it
To provide and improve the platform, respond to your requests, and send communications you've asked for. We don't sell personal information.
Analytics
This site uses privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. Details of the specific tool and any cookies it sets will be documented here before launch.
Your data, your rights
Operators own their business data and can export it (CSV) or request deletion. Individuals can request access to or deletion of their personal information at any time.
