Does SimHouse work with my simulator hardware?
Yes — SimHouse works alongside TrackMan, Foresight, Uneekor, SkyTrak, GSPro, Full Swing, and any other launch monitor or sim software. It runs the business layer (bookings, members, payments, leagues) and doesn't ask you to change anything in the bay.
What's the difference between the plans?
Nothing feature-wise — every plan is the full platform. Solo covers one location. Multi-Location adds unlimited locations under one brand. Franchise adds a layer above that: each franchise gets its own locations, staff, and reporting, rolled up into one ownership view.
We're already using another booking tool. How painful is switching?
Less painful than staying. We've migrated facilities off generic schedulers and legacy golf tools — customers, memberships, and schedules come with you (customer CSV import is built in), and most operators are live within days.
How long does setup actually take?
Configuring your locations, bays, services, and booking rules usually takes an afternoon. Going live end to end — including payments and any migration — typically takes a few days, not months.
Do my customers need an app?
No. Your booking page works in any browser — customers book bays, lessons, leagues, and memberships from their phone, and every service has a shareable deep link you can use in ads and socials.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts — every plan is month to month, and your subscription simply runs to the end of the current billing period.
Who owns my data?
You do. Customers, bookings, transactions, and every report export to CSV whenever you want them — and if you ever leave, you take all of it with you.
Are there per-booking or transaction fees?
SimHouse never charges per-booking fees — a full schedule costs the same as an empty one. Card payments pay standard Square processing rates directly to Square; we don't add a markup.
How does the franchise setup work?
Each franchise runs its own locations, staff, and even its own custom memberships, on its own timezone. Staff see only their floor, franchise owners see their franchise, and you see everything — one login, one rolled-up view.
